Untangled Grooming is home-based, this means that your pet will receive the 1 on 1 attention they deserve. Other corporate salons may treat grooming like a conveyor belt, resulting in your pet staying in a kennel longer than necessary, typically around 4 hours. For a lot of pets, being in an unfamiliar place can be scary, add in other dogs barking, loud dryers, people walking in and out, this can cause your pet a lot of unnecessary anxiety and fear. Untangled Grooming strives to make grooming a pleasant experience. We do not have kennels, so your pet will not feel confined to a small space. Your pet will receive 1 on 1 personalized experience. 

Untangled Grooming is 1 on 1, so your pet will not have interactions with any other dog/cat. I have my own personal pets, but when I am working they are put away in a separate room. I have the hallway leading to the grooming room blocked off with a child's gate and I also have the door shut as well.

Your pet’s health and safety is our top priority. I keep all my personal pets on monthly flea preventative. I also treat my house and yard on a regular basis to prevent any potential spread. I sanitize the grooming room between every pet with a solution called Kennelsol, which is a veterinary grade cleaner.

No worries! I have small area sectioned off for your pet to hangout with us. They will have a bed and water bowl available to them until you’re able to pick up.

Not a problem. Let us know before you schedule the appointment and we will discuss the specifics. I have multiple tools to help make the grooming process less stressful. It’s my goal to help your pet enjoy grooming, or at the very least, enjoy seeing their favorite groomer.

Yes! Since we don’t have kennels, one pet will be groomed, while the other gets to walk around the grooming room or lay down on a bed if they choose.
